MyEmoLED is a service platform for health facilities and healthcare professionals that allows an easy and fast management of the recharge of the treatments on the EmoLED device.
Logging in the platform at any time will be possible:
for the Health Facility:
- Entering in the DEVICE/SUMMARY section from the navigation bar, to see the list of the devices with their serial numbers; to assign a device to a user (=healthcare professional using the device) selected from a list previously created in the USER/ADD section. NOTE that in order to purchase recharges you must first associate the device to a user.
- Entering in the USER section from the navigation bar, to /ADD healthcare professionals who are final user of the medical devices or in /SUMMARY to see the list of the final users already registered. NOTE that is necessary to enter a national identity number of the healthcare professional to allow unique identification.
- Entering in the RECHARGE section from the navigation bar, in /SUMMARY to see the list of all the purchased recharges for each device and their status (pending, completed, cancelled, paid) or in /PURCHASE REQUEST to purchase a new recharge, choosing the device to be recharged from the devices’ list or choosing a request created by a user from the purchase requests’ list (this option appears only if a request has been created by a user). Once selected the device, the associated price list appears; entering the number of treatments needed the system automatically calculates the final price. Once the purchase request is confirmed, an e-mail with the purchasing order is automatically sent to Emoled Srl. Normally the request is processed by the company within 48 hours by sending a recharge code.
NOTE that is possible to purchase recharges only after creating a user profile and associating a device to the user.
- Entering in the RECHARGE REQUEST/SUMMARY section from the navigation bar, to see the list of the purchase requests from each user with their status (in progress, pending, accepted, refused).
for the Healthcare Professional:
- Entering in the DEVICE section, to see the serial number of the assigned device.
- Entering in the PURCHASE REQUEST/SUBMIT section from the navigation bar, to create a purchase request and to forward it to the Health Facility office in charge of the purchasing. Once selected the device to be recharged from the list immediately appears the price list associated to the device; entering the number of treatments needed the system automatically calculates the final price. Once the request is confirmed, an e-mail is automatically sent to the Health Facility office in charge of the purchase; the purchase request will appear also on the personal page of the Health Facility on MyEmoled (RECHARGE/PURCHASE REQUEST section).
To obtain login credentials:
Once the Health Facility has been assigned an EmoLED device, the Emoled company register the Health Facility on the MyEmoled platform; login credentials are automtically generated and sent by e-mail to the address appointed by the Health Facility. The registration of the healthcare professionals who are the final users of the devices must be done by the Health Facility; once the Health Facility has logged in, entering the USER/ADD section from the navigation bar, it can create a user profile. After creating the user profile the Health Facility must associate it to a device, entering the DEVICE section: a device can always be identified by its serial number. Once a new user profile has been created and associated to a device, the user will receive an e-mail with his own login credentials to the address registered in the user profile.
Is always available an HELP ON LINE section accessible from the navigation bar. In the section are collected SCIENTIFIC DOCUMENTS (PAPERS, PRESENTATIONS, CLINICAL STUDIES), FORMS for various purposes (i.e. GDPR consent), DOCUMENTATION related to the product, instructions for USE and therapy with FAQ.

Responsability
EmoLED is a medical device (MD) used as adjuvant therapy for wound healing, designed and manufactured according to norms for class IIa MD (Reg. 9 All. IX Dir. 47/07/CEE) ibecause of the transfer of photonic energy to the patient. The use is reserved to health care professionals operating in hospitals, surgeries and home care. The direct exposure of the eyes to the light emitted is an unavoidable risk clearly defined as improper use in the accompanying documentation. All protection methods used in the device design and in the risk mitigations action do not eliminate it. All declarations, technical information, recommendation contained in the user guide and in all the documents available to the user are to be deemed exact and correct to the date of delivery of the MD.
The Emoled S.r.l. expressly decline any responsibility for the results obtained or for any kind of problem deriving from the improper use of the product.
The Emoled S.r.l. is relieved of any liability for any reason deriving from damage to anyone, caused by faulty operation or defects of the EmoLED device or by incorrect use of the same.
Emoled s.r.l. has stipulated a special insurance policy for damages that could be caused to people or things for the use of the EmoLED Device and which Emoled s.r.l. could be held liable for.
No compensation will be paid for any direct or indirect damage due to delays, temporary or permanent interruption in the provision of the on line recharge service.
